Can we run BookLite on our own domain and branding?
Yes — BookLite is multi-tenant and can be deployed under your domain with your branding, so your booking pages look and feel like part of your own product.
Does it really prevent double-bookings?
Yes — busy time is pulled from connected Google and Outlook calendars and already-booked slots are shown as unavailable in real time, so two people can't grab the same slot.
How is billing handled?
BookLite ships with Razorpay subscription billing (Free / Pro / Business, monthly or yearly). Plan limits — like the number of event types and calendar connections — are enforced automatically.
Which scheduling types does BookLite support?
Four: Individual (one host), Group (several bookers share a slot up to a seat limit), Collective (every assigned host must be free, so their availability is intersected) and Round-robin (any one assigned host takes the booking, rotated fairly).
Can people cancel or reschedule a booking themselves?
Yes. Every confirmation includes a self-service link to cancel or reschedule. Both sides get an email, and the connected calendar event is updated automatically.
Can BookLite notify our CRM or other systems?
Yes. BookLite sends HMAC-signed webhooks when a booking is created, cancelled or rescheduled, so your CRM, sheets or automation tools stay in sync without manual work.
