ReactionPOD
Train reaction speed with smart LED & touch pods, controlled over Bluetooth by a mobile app that runs drills, measures performance, and keeps a full history of every session.
Light · Touch · Measure
What we deliver
ReactionPOD is a Bluetooth reaction-training system from Karan Infosys for athletes. ESP32 pods flash and register a touch; the reaction time is measured on the pod itself, so Bluetooth delay does not change the score. The Flutter app runs six drill modes, shows live KPIs, and stores sessions offline before syncing them. Ratings band results as Excellent under 200 ms, Good under 300 ms, and Fair under 450 ms. It is built for football, basketball, cricket, boxing, tennis, badminton, MMA, and athletics.

Measurable Reaction Training
Turn agility drills into data — not guesswork.
Smart LED & Touch Pods
ESP32-based pods light up and register touches, acting as the physical targets that make every drill real and reactive.
Bluetooth Control
The app connects to pods over Bluetooth Low Energy, with multiple hardware configurations sharing one BLE protocol and drill engine.
Six Drill Modes
From random flashes to memory and elimination. Session length, pod count (4, 6, or 8), and the reaction window are set in the app before the countdown.
Timed on the Pod
Reaction time, accuracy, consistency, and fatigue are scored from timestamps taken on the pod. A per-pod heatmap shows where the athlete is fastest.
Offline, Then Cloud
Sessions save on the phone first and sync when the network returns. Each athlete sees only their own history.
Cross-Platform App
A Flutter app runs on Android, iOS, and more, so trainers can coach from whatever device they already carry.
A Complete Training System
ReactionPOD is end-to-end: custom ESP32 firmware, a tested BLE protocol, and a clean-architecture Flutter app with KPI calculation and cloud sync — ideal for sports academies, physiotherapy clinics, and personal trainers.

Technology Behind ReactionPOD
Common Questions
Does ReactionPOD include both the pods and the app?
Yes — it's a complete system: the physical LED/touch pods with custom firmware, plus the mobile app that controls them and records every session.
Who is it for?
Sports academies, athletes, physiotherapy and rehab clinics, and personal trainers who want measurable, repeatable reaction and agility training.
Can we track progress over time?
Yes — every session is scored with KPIs and stored, so you can review history and demonstrate measurable improvement for each trainee.
What drill modes are included?
Six: Random Flash, Color Match, Sequence Memory, Elimination (three misses and you are out), Ghost Mode (the reaction window shrinks every round) and Two-Hand Mode.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. The app is offline-first: sessions are saved on the device and synced to your account when you are back online.
How many pods can I use?
Drills run with 4, 6 or 8 pods. The app shows each pod’s battery, signal strength and firmware version, and reconnects automatically if a pod drops.
