What we deliver
Warehouse GatePass is a cross-platform app from Karan Infosys for managing goods-movement gatepasses in a warehouse. Security guards and staff create, print, and track QR-coded gatepasses for goods entering and leaving, with full CRUD for warehouses, parties, product grades, and passes. It is offline-first with a local SQLite database, imports party master data from CSV/Excel, prints over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, and exports history to Excel — on Android, Windows, and web.

Yes — it's offline-first with a local SQLite database, so guards can create and print gatepasses even with no network connection.
What printers does it support?
It prints over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on Android, and supports local printing on Windows, so you can issue a physical pass on the spot.
Can we import our existing supplier and customer list?
Yes — party master data imports from CSV or Excel, and you can manage warehouses, parties, and product grades directly in the app.
Is this the same as the GatePass Application?

How are gatepasses verified at the gate?
Every gatepass carries a QR code, and the full history can be searched and filtered, so security can confirm any movement in seconds.
Which platforms does it run on?
Android (with Bluetooth printing), Windows (with local printing) and the web. iOS is not supported at the moment.
