What we deliver
SamajOS is Karan Infosys's community event and networking operating system. It was specified from a real gathering — the Panchamrut business summit — where registration, meals, and the gate still ran on forms, Excel, and paper. The product has three pillars: event operations (QR tickets, digital meal entitlements, gate check-in, live headcount), a community directory that remains after the event, and opportunity workflows for jobs, expos, and entrepreneur networking. Each samaj is a tenant. Modules can be switched off, so a small community can run only the directory. Karan Infosys implements it for your samaj; the product definition, bilingual pitch, and data model are complete.

Who is SamajOS built for?

How do meal coupons and tickets work?
Attendees receive QR tickets and digital meal coupons that volunteers scan at the gate and food counters — eliminating paper passes and giving organisers live counts.
Can it be customised for our community?
Yes — we tailor the modules, branding, and languages (including Gujarati) to your community and the specific event you're running.
How are job-fair employers verified?
Employers go through a GST/CIN check and committee approval before their vacancies go live, which keeps fake or scam job postings out.
Can exhibitors capture leads at the expo?
Yes. Visitors scan a booth’s QR or exhibitors scan a visitor’s ticket. Leads appear on the exhibitor dashboard and can be exported to CSV.
How do we communicate with attendees?
Through push notifications, WhatsApp Business and SMS — useful for elderly members who rely on WhatsApp — with automatic post-event reports for the committee and sponsors.
